Apt. Rima Fatmasari, S.SI, MARS is a senior healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Graduated from University of Indonesia, she previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of one of Indonesia’s leading hospital networks, where she led major initiatives in hospital management, feasibility studies, and operational transformation.
Under her leadership, several hospitals achieved significant profit growth through business model restructuring, workforce optimization, and digital integration. Known for her strategic vision and hands-on approach, Rima is a trusted partner in building high-performing, patient-centered healthcare institutions.
dr. H. Akmal Yadi, MARS is a seasoned hospital executive with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, he has held key leadership roles as Director in multiple hospitals across Indonesia.
His expertise lies in hospital operations, clinical governance, and organizational leadership, with a strong track record in driving service quality, team performance, and institutional growth.
